πŸ’•TANGLED HEARTS πŸ’•

The raindrops born from clouds in the sky feels home while it falls into the strange land, though unaware of the rivers they drew, the seas they rode to, the oceans they filled, destinies they shared, they yet again fall in love. In life, we come across strangers who will fill the voids our heart, colors our dreams & warm our life, like they were destined to. And here is such a tale of tangled destinies, a myth of love beyond time.

Two immortals in heaven fell in love so magnanimous even to spark jealousy in gods. Eternity was too short for them to love, heaven stood second when they were by each other. Love of such magnitude was too rebellious for the thoughts of other immortals. Their feelings for each other outgrown their faith for their gods.
The angered gods banished them from the heaven to the earth, parted from each other with land & time, without the memory of the past, to live new mortal life.

Angels still sing the tale of the two immortals’ love”.
As mortals, they still long for their immortal love.

Born apart in worlds different ends,
However, their souls stood tangled.

All the lives they lived, they still search
For the unknown which they felt amiss.
At the end of each life, they felt incomplete,
Even with all the fortune amassed over years.

Though as mortals they perished,
Yet their love breathes immortality.

With the blessings of the angels, they were reborn in the same land
Though a bit far & with just a few years time difference.

It took them decades to get to know each other's existence
Still unaware of their common past they lived as one.

She had heard of him, he had seen her pictures.
Still, they were nothing more than strangers for years.

A spark in his heart initiated it,
A touch in her soul approved it.
They thought it was a mere attraction.
Heaven knew it was meant to be.

The first time they heard each other.
They spoke for hours stretch,
Like they longed since birth.

The first time their eyes met;
Their hearts beat in sync
Like they used to be while in love.

The first time they met in person
They felt too familiar and trust
Was inborn for them for the other.

The immortal souls would have confessed their love,
In the first meeting itself, if it wasn’t for the mortal restrictions of life.

Albeit the odds, they met yet again & again.
Unaware of the unknown fate, they fought it.

They prayed to the god, who parted them
To make them together by each other's side.

Fate has already brought them together.
They felt the immortal love in their souls.

Having tasted their lost love again, they knew
That they can never be kept apart for any longer.
